Arab Weather - The latest outputs of computer weather models at the Arab Weather Regional Center indicate that the Kingdom will be affected, starting from the hours after Sunday afternoon, by a low-pressure system classified as first-degree (weakest), accompanied by a cold and humid air mass. Therefore, the weather will remain cold and wintery, and the chances of rain showers will be renewed, God willing, especially in the regions of the Kingdom.

Jordan: A first-degree depression (the weakest) will affect the Kingdom starting Sunday/Monday night, accompanied by some rainfall and continued very cold weather.

God willing, the Kingdom will be affected late Sunday and during the night by a first-degree depression, which is the lowest (weakest) degree. Therefore, temperatures will drop, with clouds appearing at different altitudes, especially in the northern regions. Opportunities will gradually become available for scattered showers of rain in some northern regions, extending to parts of the central region, including the capital, Amman. Later, during the late night hours and dawn, chances of rain will reach parts of the eastern part of the Kingdom and some of the southern highlands, with hail showers falling in those areas. Winds will be light and variable in direction.

On Monday, February 10, 2025, the Kingdom will continue to be affected by a first-degree depression, accompanied by a cold air mass. Temperatures will remain 2-4 degrees Celsius below average, and the weather will be cold and partly to mostly cloudy at times, with occasional rain in the north, center, and east of the Kingdom, and sometimes extending towards the highlands of the south of the Kingdom, God willing. Precipitation will be in the form of hail showers on the peaks of the high mountains in the south of the Kingdom, especially in the morning hours.

The winds will be southwesterly, moderate in speed, and sometimes active.

Very cold weather Monday/Tuesday night with frost formation late at night

During the hours of Monday/Tuesday night, the weather will be cold to very cold and partly cloudy, and the chances of scattered rain remain in some areas, but they will be concentrated in the far east of the Kingdom over time. During the late night hours, dawn and Tuesday morning, surface humidity levels will rise significantly and fog is likely to form in parts of the eastern plains. Frost is also expected to form in several areas of the Kingdom, especially the high mountainous heights and the eastern plains areas during the hours of dawn and early morning.
