موقع ArabiaWeather.com-عمر الدجاني- تعرضت عاصمة أريتريا ( أسمرة) قبل عدّة أيام إلى حدث جوي نادر، تمثل بعاصفة بردية شديدة غير مسبوقة تسببت في تراكم ما بين 50 و 100 سنتيمتر من البرد، مما أدى إلى إغلاق الطرقات.

 

السلطات الاريترية استعانت بالجرافات لفتح الطرقات في مشهد نادر على دولة أفريقية، في الوقت الذي قالت به التقارير الإعلامية بأن هذه العاصفة هي أعنف عاصفة بردية يتم مُلاحظتها في البلاد.

تُعتبر مدينة أسمرة أكبر مدن اريتريا و أكثرها ازدهاراً، و هي مدينة جبلية يبلغ ارتفاعها 2300 متر عن سطح البحر تقريباً، و هي بفضل ارتفاعها تتمتع بمناخ لطيق ورطب بالمقارنة مع المناطق المجاروة ذات الارتفاع المُنخفض، و يبلغ معدل أمطارها السنوي نحو 500 ملم.

 

 

العاصفة بحسب شهود العيان كانت مترافقة مع دوي الرعد بعنف و لمعان البرق بشلك شديد في وسط النهار.
