In Serbia, the population in urban areas is increasing, which makes achieving the goal of improving air quality by conventional means difficult due to population density.</p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> But here comes the solution with Dr. Ivan Spasojevic, who has developed an innovative tool known as <strong>the “Liquid Tree” or LIQUID 3.</strong> This new innovation is considered the first urban photobioreactor in Serbia. It contains <strong>600 liters of water</strong> , and uses <strong>microalgae</strong> to bind carbon dioxide. carbon and produce pure oxygen using photosynthesis.
