In the details, it is expected that the Sultanate’s atmosphere will be affected from Monday by a depression in the northern part of the Sultanate of Oman and extending from Central Asia, and this coincides with the rush of easterly winds loaded with quantities of moisture in the lower layers of the atmosphere, which creates air disturbances on Monday on the Parts of Muscat, South Al Batinah, Al Dakhiliyah, and to a lesser extent North Al Sharqiyah and North Al Batinah, while the chances of rain extend on Tuesday to focus on the governorates of North and South Al Sharqiyah.

Given the expected thermal differences between the surface of the Earth and the less hot air in the upper layers of the atmosphere, it is expected that thunder clouds will be dense at times, and strong thunderstorms will blow in some areas, especially coastal ones.
