Weather of Arabia - The latest weather readings indicate that the Sultanate's atmosphere is expected to remain on Sunday under the influence of a groove from an atmospheric depression that causes instability in the atmosphere, in conjunction with an influx of tropical moisture from the Arabian Sea. It is expected, God willing, that the activity of cumulus clouds will resume during the afternoon and evening of Sunday over the Hajar Mountains represented by the heights of North Sharqiyah, South Muscat, Al Dakhiliyah and South Al Batinah, and it will be accompanied by rain of varying intensity accompanied by the occurrence of thunderstorms and hail at times.

It is also not excluded that some rain clouds will extend to parts of the coasts of the Sea of Oman, especially to parts of the coasts of Muscat and South Al Batinah, with sporadic rains that may be accompanied by thunder at times.
