موقع ArabiaWeather.com- يعتبر شرب المياه الغازية أثناء تناول الطعام من الأخطاء الكبيرة التي يقوم بها الكثير من الناس، حيث لهذه العادة الكثير من الأضرار على الصحة، كما أنها تقلل من الإستفادة من العناصر الغذائية المهمة لإحتوائها على الكافيين والفوسفات.

 

وبحسب تصريح أستاذ التغذية بالمركز القومي للبحوث الدكتور حسن حسونة لموقع "اليوم السابع" ، يتسبب شرب الماء أثناء تناول الطعام بتخزين الدهون وتراكمها في الجسم، ما يسبب السمنة في منطقة البطن، والإصابة بالإمساك وعسر الهضم.

 

وحتى يتم الإستفادة من العناصر الغذائية الموجودة في الطعام وتجنب الإمساك، يجب تجنب شرب المياه والمشروبات الغازية مع الأكل. وبحسب الدكتور حسن حسونة؛ إذا واجه الإنسان صعوبة في عملية بلع الطعام يجب استشارة الطبيب لعلاج هذه المشكلة.
