Arab Weather - The Prime Minister, Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh, issued Defense Order No. (36) of 2022 issued pursuant to Defense Law No. (13) of 1992.

It also included the use of the full capacity of restaurants and lounges, the abolition of the upper limit for sitting at tables and the distance between them, and allowing entry and presence in open spaces without requiring the wearing of a mask, in addition to the work of facilities at their full capacity. And under Defense Order No. (36), the Prime Minister is allowed to amend any of the provisions of this defense order in light of the epidemiological situation by virtue of communications he issues for this purpose, provided that it is implemented as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Defense Order No. (36) of 2022 issued pursuant to Defense Law No. (13) of 1992.

In view of the improvement in the epidemiological situation and in order to achieve a balance between health requirements and economic and social considerations, and based on the government’s role in reviewing the measures and measures taken by it to confront the Corona pandemic, and with the aim of easing the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, I decide to issue the following defense order:

First: Taking into account Defense Order No. (35) of 2021 and despite what is stated in other defense orders and the amendments thereto, and the communications issued pursuant thereto, the following are allowed:

  1. Establishing prayer in mosques and places of worship according to their absorptive capacity, without being restricted to the distances of separation, with a commitment to wearing a mask.
  2. Establishing, organizing and participating in all forms of internal and external gatherings; Including Rahman tables and Ramadan tents.
  3. Operation of the facilities at full capacity.
  4. Using the full capacity of restaurants and lounges, and canceling the maximum limit for seating at tables and the distance between them.
  5. Entering and being in open spaces without requiring the wearing of a mask.

 

Second: The Prime Minister may amend any of the provisions of this defense order in light of the epidemiological situation by virtue of communications he issues for this purpose.

Third: This defense order shall be effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
