Cinnamon Roll Ingredients:
For the dough :
- 4 cups flour
- ¼ cup butter.
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- Two eggs
- Two tablespoons of yeast
- A cup of warm water

How to make cinnabon:
- Mix the yeast with water and two teaspoons of sugar, leave for 10 minutes, then stir well.
- Melt the butter and milk together over the fire, being careful not to let the mixture boil.
- Add all the ingredients to the yeast mixture, and knead for a few minutes.
- Cover the dough and leave it to rest for a while until it doubles in size.
- Roll out the dough well into a rectangular shape, taking care to sprinkle the table with a little flour before you start rolling out.
- Mix sugar with cinnamon to prepare the filling.
- Brush the dough with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture on the dough.
- Roll the dough carefully and well, then cut it into small equal pieces, as shown in the picture.
- Place the small pieces in an oiled bowl to prepare them for baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, at 180 degrees, until golden
You can eat it with cream or with a sauce consisting of mixing sugar, vanilla, and cream and stirring well until the mixture becomes cohesive.
