- 2 tablespoons olive oil.

 

How to prepare:
- Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the crushed garlic and chopped onions, and mix the ingredients well with your hands.
Season the meat mixture with chili, paprika, cumin, dried coriander, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
- Place the meat mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.
Divide pieces of the meat mixture and stretch them onto skewers, previously soaked in water, in a rectangular shape.
- Use a little water to stick the meat to the skewers.
- Grill the kebab over charcoal or on a special grilling pan and stir it until it changes color and is cooked.
- Distribute the kebab skewers on a serving plate along with an assortment of vegetables.
