How to make beef stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of beef steak.
- ½ cup sour cooking cream.

- Two large onions.
- Two tablespoons of tomato paste.
- 2 cups of meat stock.
- 1 tablespoon mustard.
- 2 teaspoons starch.

How to make Beef Stroganoff:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the meat into slices, season with salt, pepper and a little oil.
- Fry the steaks on a very hot frying pan.
- On the same frying pan, after finishing sautéing the meat, add a little oil to the frying pan, then add the onion slices, crushed garlic, and mushroom slices and sauté them well.
- Then we add the meat broth and tomato paste and keep it on the fire until it becomes a mixture with a cohesive consistency, then we pour it over the meat slices in a pot on the fire and leave it to boil for 40 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
- Then add the mustard, starch, and cream and stir the mixture well over the heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve the dish with noodles, pasta, or white rice and garnish the dish with dill.
