A sandstorm reveals new, previously undiscovered Nazca Lines
ArabiaWeather.com - Omar Dajani - It seems that the great mystery surrounding the famous Nazca Lines in the Peruvian desert will deepen, after strong winds and a series of sandstorms revealed new lines and shapes that were not discovered before.
The famous Nazca Lines gained this international reputation in the year 1939 after it was spotted from the plane, as these lines drawn on the desert land can only be seen from the sky.
Where one of the pilots who crossed the airspace of the region recently discovered what appeared to be the shape of a snake 60 meters long and another form of a type of llama above an unknown type of bird.
These lines joined as a new archaeological discovery of the previously existing drawings, which extend over a distance of more than 80 kilometers.
And the origin of these drawings is still a mystery to everyone, as there is no convincing explanation for why and how they were drawn, or even who drew them at the very least and why.
