و كانت المحكمة العليا بالمملكة العربية السعودية قد أعلنت بيانها بثبوت رؤية هلال شهر ذي الحجة لهذا العام 1434هـ يوم السيت، وبهذا يكون يوم الأحد الموافق للسادس من شهر أكتوبر لعام 2013م، هو الأول من شهر ذي الحجة لعام 1434هـ، وبذلك يكون الوقوف بعرفة يوم الاثنين التاسع من شهر ذي الحجة 1434 الموافق للرابع عشر من شهر أكتوبر 2013م ، و يكون عيد الأضحى يوم الثلاثاء العاشر من ذي الحجة 1434هـ الموافق للخامس عشر من شهر أكتوبر 2013م .
