Arab Weather - Chinese official CCTV channel reported that flash floods sweeping the country caused up to 20 deaths.
8 people died in Sichuan Province, while 30 others went missing after flash floods submerged the village of Xinhua in the southwest of the country. The disaster occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, causing damage to more than 40 homes, and affecting 1,254 village residents. According to local authorities. Rescue efforts continue with roads reopened and communications partially restored.

Bridge collapse in Shaanxi Province, China
