موقع ArabiaWeather.com- ﺟﺪدت أﻣﺎﻧﺔ ﻋﻤﺎن عمان الكبرى يوم الأربعاء الـ12 من شباط، اﻟﺘﺄﻛﯿﺪ على أن ﻗﺮار ﻣﻨﻊ اﻟﻤﻘﺎھﻲ واﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ الأرﺟﯿﻠﺔ وذلك ﺗﻨﻔﯿﺬاً ﻟﻘﺮار وزارة اﻟﺼﺤﺔ اﻟﺬي أُﺳﺘﻨﺪ إﻟﻰ ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺼﺤﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ رﻗﻢ (47) ﻟﺴﻨﺔ 2008 والذي يحضر التدخين في الأماكن العامة.

 

 

وﻧﻔﺖ الأمانة أن ﻣﺎ ﻧﺸﺮﺗﻪ ﺑﻌﺾ وﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻹﻋﻼم ﻣﻦ أن ھﺪف ﻗﺮار ﻣﻨﻊ اﻟﻤﻘﺎھﻲ واﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ اﻻرﺟﯿﻠﺔ ﺟﺎء تمهيداً ﻟﻠﺴﻤﺎح ﺑﺘﻘﺪﻳﻤﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻄﺎﻋﻢ واﻟﻤﻘﺎھﻲ اﻟﻤﻘﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮاﻓﻖ ﻣﺸﺮوع اﻟﻌﺒﺪﻟﻲ عند اﻓﺘﺘﺎحه .

 

 

وﺑﯿﻨﺖ اﻷﻣﺎﻧﺔ أن ﻗﺎﻧﻮن اﻟﺼﺤﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ اﻟﻤﺸﺎر اﻟﯿﻪ ﻳﺸﻤﻞ ﺟﻤﯿﻊ ﻣﻨﺎطﻖ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ وﻟﯿﺲﻋﻤﺎن ﻓﺤﺴﺐ وﻻﻳﺴﺘﺜﻨﻲ منطقة.

 

 

يذكر أن الفصل الثالث اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﺎﻟِﺤﺮف واﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﺎت واﻟﺒﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﺠﻮﻟﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﺎدة (57/أب) ينص على منع أي مهنة من شأنها المساس بصحة المواطن.

 

 

وبين إستنكار بعض المواطنين وأصحاب محال الأراجيل والمقاهي وبين استقبال البعض الآخر لهذا القرار تبقى صحة المواطن هي الأهم في الدرجة الأولى.
