- Abstract cognitive ability: Measures a person's general intelligence and ability to think about abstract concepts or ideas.
- Cognitive induction ability: Measures the ability to pay attention to detail and detect errors quickly and accurately under specified conditions.
The cognitive ability test questions are based on five multiple options, and require candidates to accurately identify errors and pieces of knowledge. The cognitive ability test allows for the recruitment of employees; It measures the applicant's ability to think quickly and accurately and detect errors in written information under specified circumstances in a timely manner.
