Weather of Arabia - The city of Manchester is full of football passion, in a great rivalry between Manchester United and Man City, and also full of interesting history, it flourished in the nineteenth century when it became the first industrial city, and today it is filled with cultural events and restaurant tastes and has become a thriving commercial area.

Perhaps no place in England reminds you of the Victorian past and rich present more than Manchester. Here are ancient canals and cotton mills alongside multinational business centers and trendy restaurants. Here is a thriving center of culture and music with many music venues and museums. Here is also a shopper's destination with many shops.

Tourist places in Manchester

There are a good number of museums and exhibition centers in Manchester, including the Manchester Museum, which is located in the university area and has a wide range of collections and exhibits, including a large collection of Egyptian artifacts. The Imperial War Museum is also very impressive, with its viewing tower overlooking Salford Quay, although it is a small museum.

One of the best things to see in Manchester is also the Godley Observatory, which was built in 1902, and is one of the most interesting places with the original telescope, which offers a wonderful view of the city from above.

Albert Square in the heart of the city is an obligatory destination because most of the important sights are within walking distance, there are also old historic buildings and examples of classic English architecture, and Manchester Cathedral is another interesting part of the architecture, in addition to being the largest cathedral in England.

There is no end to the places to visit, you can walk along the Curry Mile or take a stroll in Market Street or in the Trafford Mall, you can visit Manchester Town Hall and the University of Manchester, and dive into ancient history through Castlefield, a Roman archaeological site with its walls still growing about two metres.
