The Public Security Directorate warns of the expected geological instability today and in the coming days

Arab Weather - The Public Security Directorate called on fellow citizens to take precautions and adopt sound preventive behavior during the weather instability expected during the coming hours and days.

The Directorate called for caution while driving, to avoid traffic accidents resulting from slipping on the roads as a result of rainfall, and poor horizontal visibility due to dust, especially in desert areas and the southern and eastern regions of the Kingdom.

The Directorate stressed the need to stay away from the sides of valleys and places where floods form, and not to block the road if the water level rises.

She called on citizens to use heating methods of all kinds safely and properly, and to secure objects that could be blown away by the wind.

The Directorate confirmed its operational readiness to deal with any reports received on the unified emergency number 911, through the main and sub-operations rooms, patrols and teams working around the clock in all regions and governorates.
