Egypt | Increasing rainfall in large areas of the Delta and Greater Cairo

Arab Weather - Satellite images and the lightning monitor operating in Arab weather show a large expansion of the thunderstorm area to include large parts of the northern coasts and the delta.

Some clouds of different heights extended to parts of Greater Cairo, especially the western ones, accompanied by showers of moderate intensity in general that are heavy at times and accompanied by lightning and thunder, which increases the water level in the roads.
Rain opportunities are expected to continue in the coming hours over large parts of the north of the country, represented by the northern coastal areas, especially the central, delta, Greater Cairo, and parts of Matrouh and Sinai, with an opportunity for some rain clouds to extend to northern Upper Egypt.
