Egypt: A heat wave affects the Republic, and very hot and dusty weather in most parts of the coming days

Weather of Arabia - the latest weather maps indicate that the atmosphere of the Republic is expected to be affected by a very hot air mass accompanying a khamasini depression during the coming days, as a significant rise in temperatures occurs, exceeding the 40 ° C barrier in Cairo, and the southwest winds activate and work to stir up dust and Sand in large areas.

Thursday: very hot weather in all parts and dust storms in some areas

And it is expected, God willing, that the atmosphere of the Republic will be affected by a thermal depression centered in the west of the country, where a rise in temperatures will occur and the weather will be very hot, dusty and dry in most parts.

And quantities of high and medium clouds appear, interspersed with cumulus clouds, which cause sporadic rain in some areas, especially the areas of the western coasts, and they are in the form of mud rain also in some areas that may be accompanied by the occurrence of thunder sometimes.

And the southwesterly winds are active in speed in all parts, and are sometimes accompanied by strong gusts in several areas that stir up dust and sand. And even up to the extent of the formation of sand storms in some areas, especially the Western Desert.

The heat wave continues to affect the Republic on Friday

And a further rise in temperatures will occur on Friday, to exceed 40 degrees Celsius in Cairo and most Egyptian cities, and the weather will be very hot, dusty and dry in most parts, with the continued emergence of some high and medium clouds.

And the southwesterly winds are active in speed in all parts, and are sometimes accompanied by strong gusts in several areas that stir up dust and sand.

As for the night hours, the weather will be noticeably warm and dusty in most areas.

Important and serious recommendations to deal with this strong heat wave, especially as it coincides with dusty weather:

• Not direct exposure to sunlight for long periods.
• Pay attention to the high levels of dust in the air and its impact on patients with the respiratory system and eyes.
• Be aware of the low and perhaps almost no horizontal visibility as a result of dust storms, especially on desert roads.
• Drink plenty of cold fluids and soft drinks throughout the day, even at night.
• Pay attention not to leave sterilizers and any flammable materials inside the vehicles.
