From midnight on Saturday / Sunday. </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> The comprehensive curfew also includes permit holders, and only medical personnel working in the public and private sectors, epidemiological investigation teams, and a limited number of workers, employees, and officials responsible for the work of some vital institutions are excluded; they will be notified directly. </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> We warn, during the period of the total curfew, not to be subject to legal liability, and we affirm that these measures aim to preserve your safety and health, and to enable epidemiological investigation teams to resume their work efficiently and effectively. </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> Things will return to what they are now from Sunday morning 4/12/2020, so that citizens are allowed to go out to buy basic needs on foot, and vehicles that are authorized to move are allowed, from ten in the morning until six in the evening </p><p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr"> We reiterate that everyone’s commitment to health instructions accelerates this crisis and restores life to normal. ” </p>
