A Dutchman invented a flying seat as a means of personal transportation

ArabiaWeather.com- Dutch engineer Thorsten Kriegens managed to manufacture an airplane seat or quadcopter for one person. This takes a step closer to realizing the dream of creating a personal flying vehicle.

The vehicle is characterized by the fact that it transports the passenger without manual control, and governments can use it as a means of transportation via a smartphone, so that the user summons the drone, boards it, and heads to wherever he wants.

The quadcopter consists of 20 engines, all powered by lithium batteries. The body of the vehicle is made of aluminum alloy and is controlled by an automatic flight system capable of making it fly in a stable manner.

Cregens is currently negotiating with the Dutch aviation authority to obtain a flight permit. Stressing his determination to prove that his flying innovation is safe.

And he indicated that the success of the idea and innovation takes 15 years to turn into reality, stressing the need for people to put their trust in this device, according to Reuters.

It is noteworthy that this innovation comes after the British company, Milloy, presented another small model called the "flying motorcycle", which was carried by one person, at the air show that was held in the French capital, Paris, this year.
