وتعمل الرياح الشمالية على اثارة الأتربة والغبار على منطقة رفحاء و حفر الباطن و الحدود العراقية السعودية وكذا دولة الكويت ما قد يؤدي الى تدني مدى الرؤية الافقية على الطرقات الى ما دون الـ 4000 متر على تلك المناطق.

 

ويشار إلى أن الرياح الشمالية المثيرة للاتربة والغبار ستنشط فقط خلال ساعات النهار، قبل ان تهدأ وتخف مع ساعات المساء والليل.
