موقع Arabiaweather  - حسن عبدالله - تنشط الرياح الشمالية الغربية في مياه الخليج العربي وخاصة المقابلة لشرق السعودية وقطر والبحرين والتي يتوقع ان تتعدى سرعة 40 كم في الساعة مؤدية لارتفاع الامواج الى اكثر من  5 اقدام وذلك ابتداء من نهار اليوم الاثنين وتستمر حتى الثلاثاء.

ويستمر نشاط الرياح الشمالية الغربية نهار االثلاثاء على السواحل المقابلة للمنطقة الشرقية وقطر والبحرين محذرا من ارتفاع الامواج.

ويأتي ذلك بسبب ارتفاع الضغط الجوي شمال البلاد ووسط السعودية مما يقوم بدفع رياح شمالية غربية ناحية الخليج العربي التي يسمح موقعه الجغرافي بين تضاريس ايران والجزيرة العربية بنشاط الرياح اضافة لاختلاف قيم الضغط الجوي السطحية.
