وبحسب روبن فإن لهذه الخنفساء القدرة على القفز 192.4 قفزة طويلة في الثانية، بينما الفهد الذي تصل سرعته لـ 100كم/الساعة ، فلا يمكنه أن يتعدى 16 قفزة طويلة جسدية في الثانية.
