وتداولت المواقع الإخبارية ما مفاده أن الشركة حاولت تسليم المشروع لهيئة الطيران المدني، والهيئة رافضة، ‏لأن فيه أعطالاً كبيرة، وقد سبق أن انقطع التكييف لمدة أسبوع وانفجرت المواسير وأنه لم يكن هناك أي تجاوب من هيئه الطيران المدني أو إدارة المطار أو الشركة بعد حدوث الإنهيار ‏والمبنى الآن دون تكييف وماء.
