يُذكر أن المملكة عاشت أجواء شتوية بإمتياز أيام الأربعاء والخميس والجمعة حيث هطلت الأمطار بحمد الله ، في حين تساقط الثلوج فوق قمم الجبال الجنوبية يوم الجمعة ، وهطلت زخات ثلجية صباح الجمعة فوق قمم مرتفعات الجبلية في شمال ووسط المملكة ولكنها لم تتراكم الا بشكل بسيط على السيارات .
