وتأتي حالة عدم الاستقرار الجوي كنتيجة لهبوب رياح شمالية شرقية رطبة تتشكل على اثرها سحب ماطرة على مناطق متفرقة خاصة منها الساحلية والقريبة من الساحل.

 

وتسجل درجات الحرارة انخفاض طفيف لتكون في اوائل العشرينات على اغلب المناطق الغربية والوسطى ، وتكون في اواسط العشرينات على المناطق الشرقية،فيما تكون الحرارة في اوائل الثلاثينات على شمال الصحراء واواخر الثلاثاينات على باقي المناطق الجنوبية.
