موقع ArabiaWeather.com - جددت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين حظر تأدية الأعمال التي تؤدى تحت أشعة الشمس وفي الأماكن المكشوفة اعتبارا من 15 يونيو وحتى 15 سبتمبر المقبلين خلال الفترة من الساعة الثانية عشرة والنصف ظهرًا وحتى الساعة الثالثة من بعد الظهر يومياً.

 

وحدد القرار ساعات العمل اليومية في فترتيهما، الصباحية والمسائية أو في أي منهما بـ "ثماني ساعات" وفي حالة العمل لأكثر من الساعات المحددة خلال 24 ساعة فإن الزيادة تعد عملا إضافياً يتقاضى العامل عنها أجرا إضافياً حسب أحكام القانون.

 

ويأتي هذا القرار في إطار حرص الوزارة على توفير متطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية في مواقع العمل بما يجنب العمال التعرض للإصابات خلال تأديتهم لأعمالهم في ساعات الظهيرة خلال أشهر الصيف.
