وقد ضربت صاعقة رعدية محطة تحويل كهربائية في منطقة الثنية في محافظة الكرك، بحسب مدير الكهرباء المهندس سهم المجالي، ونتج عنها صوت هائل سُمع في أرجاء مدينة الكرك، وعملت لاحقاً على انقطاع الكهرباء لفترة وجيزة في المدينة والمناطق المجاورة.

 

يُذكر أن المملكة تتأثر بالذروة الثانية التابعة للعاصفة الثلجية "جنى" وتُصحب بهبوب عواصف رعدية شديدة مع مرور الجبهة الهوائية الباردة المُرافقة، والتي تستمر حتى ساعات الصباح المتأخرة من يوم السبت بمشيئة الله.

 

وقد ذكر "طقس العرب" منذ يومين وعلى لسان الدكتور أيمن صوالحة، بأن المملكة على موعد مع عواصف رعدية شديدة وربما صواعق خلال فترة تأثير الذروة للعاصفة الثلجية "جنى".
