I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself and the evil of Satan and his shirk. Say it when you become, and when you come to an evening, and when you take your bed).

(Oh God, whatever blessing has become of me or of any of your creation, it is from you alone, you have no partner, so to you is praise and to you is thanks).

Whoever says it in the morning has fulfilled the thanks of his day, and whoever says the same in the evening has fulfilled the thanks of his night. (Glory be to God and praise be to Him, the number of His creation and His pleasure is the weight of His Throne and the ink of His words), and it is said three times.

(O Allah, I ask You for the good of this day, its opening, its victory, its light, its blessing, and its guidance, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of what is in it and the evil of what follows it).
