موقع ArabiaWeather.com- دمر الإعصار شابالا الذي ضرب جزيرة سقطرى اليوم الأحد نحو 18 منزلا بشكل كامل جراء غمرها بمياه البحر، .وفق وسائل إعلام محلية

 

وقامت السلطات المحلية بتوفير المقار الحكومية والمدارس والفنادق كمراكز إيواء للمواطنين الذين هربوا من الإعصار الذي ضرب أجزاء من الجزيرة، وفقا لموقع "عدن الغد" اليمني.

 

ونزح نحو 1200 مواطن من منازلهم التي تضررت بفعل تأثيرات الإعصار شابالا. كما أكد العديد من السكان المحليين حاجتهم في الجزيرة إلى المواد الطبية والخيام والبطانيات للمواطنين الذين لجأوا للمدارس.
