ويبدأ العمل بالتوقيت الشتوي للعام الحالي 2013 بتأخير الساعة ستين دقيقة اعتبارا من منتصف ليلة الخميس/الجمعة الموافق 19 من شهر ديسمبر / كانون أول الحالي.
