Injuries, recovery and checks:

Today, two new cases of coronavirus were recorded, one local and one external, as follows:

One case in health personnel caring for the injured in the capital, Amman.

One case of a non-Jordanian truck driver arriving across Al-Omari boundaries, which was handled according to the established protocol.

This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to 981.

One case of healing was also recorded to this day at Prince Hamza Hospital.

- (8,950) laboratory tests were performed today, bringing the total number of tests conducted to date (292623).

Other actions:

- The Ministry of Health launches a request to review the appointment in hospitals and government health centers via the online platform ( www.emed.hakeem.jo ), which comes within the National Program for Health Sector Computing (Hakim).

Other actions:
- As for people who were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus in Al-Hijr sites in the Dead Sea region, a special site was created to isolate them there (a mini hospital) and receive the necessary health care, and their number has so far reached (20) infected. This is due to the increasing number of cases among citizens returning from abroad.
