3. Moving from lower places to higher, safer places.
4. Not to take the risk of blocking the road, whether on foot or in vehicles, in case the water level rises.
5. Take care and caution on external roads that will witness rain.
6. Safe use of heating devices of all kinds when operating and ventilating the house from time to time.
7. The danger of low horizontal visibility due to dust, especially in the Badia regions.
