Jordan | The local administration declares a light emergency

<p style=";text-align:left;direction:ltr">The Ministry of Local Administration announced a state of light / medium emergency in the northern and central regions of the Kingdom, and a state of medium emergency in the south and east of the Kingdom, starting today, Friday, and according to developments in the weather situation, according to Al-Wakeel News website.<br /><br /> The Ministry asked the (100) emergency rooms in the municipalities, the (20) emergency rooms in the joint services councils and the main emergency room in the ministry, to deal immediately with any emergency events that may accompany the weather situation, and to inform the main emergency room in Amman of developments in a timely manner via Ministry&#39;s emergency system<br /><br /> The Ministry of Local Administration directed the municipalities, joint service councils, and directorates of municipal affairs to ensure the readiness of mechanisms, equipment, emergency teams, and sustaining supplies in emergency cases, in addition to following up the situation in hot areas, valley streams, torrential rains, ferries, and main roads early and continuously, and dealing with any accidents immediately.<br /><br /> The Ministry called on the municipalities, joint service councils, and directorates of municipal affairs in the various governorates and districts of the Kingdom to fully coordinate and cooperate with the administrative rulers, operations and other emergency rooms affiliated to the Ministry of Public Works, Interior, Civil Defense, the Jordanian Armed Forces, the Greater Amman Municipality, and others, and to provide them with the mechanisms, equipment, cadres, and capabilities available to them to help in Facing emergency cases and events that accompany the weather, and announcing emergency room phone numbers to citizens in various media and on social networking sites<br /><br /> The Ministry of Local Administration asked citizens who live near the areas of valleys, torrents and hotspots in the winter season to stay away from these areas in order to preserve their lives and the lives of their families and families.</p>
