Arab Weather - According to the latest outputs of the numerical weather models processed by the Air Operations Department at the Arab Weather Center, the intensity of rain is expected to decrease with the hours of Monday afternoon and become more random and separated in terms of geographical area and time, with the continued blowing of the southwest winds, active speed and accompanied by strong gifts, which It causes continuous dust waves, and as of Monday afternoon and evening, the Kingdom crosses the air depression and crosses with it an air front that is more severe in terms of rain precipitation, where rainfall is regular and the weather becomes rainy in several parts of the Kingdom, especially in the northern and central regions.

The rain is sometimes heavy and accompanied by heavy showers of hail with the formation of fog over the high mountainous heights as a result of the crossing of low clouds touching the surface of the earth.

The opportunity remains for showers of snow to fall over the high mountain heights that are more than 1100 meters above sea level, and sometimes accumulate over areas that are more than 1300 meters above sea level.

Continuing rainy weather with showers of hail continues Monday/Tuesday night

It is expected that the effect of the air front will continue during the night hours of Monday/Tuesday, when the weather is rainy in the north and center of the Kingdom in particular. The chance of showers of rain and hail extending to the southern regions, and the showers will be in the form of snow over the southern peaks, especially during the early hours of the night.

Coinciding with the predominance of cold to very cold weather in all regions of the Kingdom, temperatures drop to zero degrees Celsius or less in the southern mountains and southern Badia regions, where ice forms in those areas, and the fog is freezing in those areas.

With brisk westerly winds, accompanied by strong gusts exceeding the 80 km/h barrier in the eastern and open areas, they raise dust and dust.

The largest amount of rain expected with the crossing of the depression

It is expected, God willing, that the crossing of the air depression and the most powerful air front will be accompanied by the largest amount of rain in the northern and central regions since the beginning of the current rainy season.
