Jordan | Temperatures drop to early twenties in Amman on Tuesday, with colder weather at night

Arab Weather - The Kingdom will be affected on Tuesday by an air mass with temperatures below average and autumnal in nature, as temperatures will drop to be lower than their average for this time of year by about 2-4 degrees Celsius, and the weather will be relatively cold autumnal in the early morning over the mountainous heights and pleasant for the rest of the day.

Low clouds will appear, making the weather partly cloudy, and light local showers of rain are likely to fall in the early morning hours, concentrated in the north of the Kingdom. The winds will be westerly, moderate in speed, sometimes active, and their gusts will exceed the 50 km/hour barrier, which will cause dust and dirt to rise in the desert areas of the Kingdom.

Coinciding with the cloud cover and active winds, maximum temperatures on Tuesday will be in the early twenties Celsius in the heights of the capital, Amman, and most of the high mountainous heights, while they will reach the middle of that range in the rest of the cities of the Kingdom, God willing.

Night temperatures drop further, with the weather being relatively cold, especially over mountain peaks and eastern plains, requiring warmer clothing, with a noticeable increase in surface humidity levels and the appearance of low clouds, which may lead to fog forming over some high mountain heights, especially the northern ones.
