Injuries, recovery and checks:

Today (8) new cases of coronavirus were recorded, all of them local, as follows:

(5) Cases of people coming from abroad, who reside in Al-Hajar hotels. (2 from Palestine, 2 from Syria, and 1 from Saudi Arabia).

(3) Cases of Jordanian truck drivers arriving across the Al-Omari border.

This brings the total number of cases in the Kingdom to 1154 cases.

(6) recoveries were also recorded for this day, (5) in Prince Hamza Hospital, and (1) in Queen Alia Hospital.

- (7795) laboratory tests were conducted, bringing the total number of examinations that have been conducted so far (558451).

Other actions:

- The Ministry of Health warns of any practices that violate public safety and prevention measures, especially the establishment of gatherings for more than (20) people; Penalties stipulated under defense orders will be applied against violators.

- The Ministry also calls for the need to adhere to wearing masks, physical distance, and to follow all means of prevention, and use the (safety) application and the application of (your health), in light of the increasing number of cases globally, and the spread of the epidemic in many countries of the world and the region
