Arab Weather - Al Hussein Youth City is preparing on Thursday to receive fans supporting the Jordanian national football team in its anticipated match against the Iraqi team in the World Cup qualifiers.
Director General of Al Hussein Youth City, Bassam Al Khalayleh, explained that the city installed giant screens in Amman Stadium to show the Jordan-Iraq match. Al Khalayleh added that expectations indicate a large number of fans will attend Amman Stadium, noting that many of the free tickets that were offered to attend the match have been sold out.
Al-Khalayleh also announced that Jordanian artist Saad Abu Tayeh will perform a group of national songs for the Jordanian national team before the match and during the half-time break.
He pointed out that the stadium doors will open at 5:00 pm on Thursday to receive the public.
The weather will be cool and autumnal, turning relatively cold towards the end of the match. It is recommended to wear a light coat to suit the relative coolness of the weather. The temperatures in the capital, Amman, will be around 15-16 degrees Celsius , and the winds will be light.
