Jordan: Cold weather with heavy rain in the north and center during Thursday

Weather of Arabia - According to the latest readings and weather observations received by the Arab Weather Center, it is expected that the Kingdom of Jordan will continue to be affected on Thursday by the depression classified in the third degree (medium to highly effective), which is characterized by its slow movement and is considered a rainy depression par excellence.

An increase in the impact of the depression in the north of the Kingdom and some central regions, and heavy rain in the morning and noon

And in the details, it is expected that the impact of the depression will intensify during the day on Thursday in the north of the Kingdom and some central regions, which will be concentrated on the surface on Thursday morning, northeast of the island of Cyprus, and will be accompanied by a cold and moist air mass.

Accordingly, temperatures are expected to remain cooler than their usual rates by more than 10 degrees Celsius on Thursday, and heavy rain will fall, God willing, in the northern and central regions and the capital, Amman, in the morning and noon hours, and will be associated with the occurrence of thunderstorms and showers. From the cold, so that the weather is cold and rainy in those areas, and it is possible that the rain will include parts of the east of the Kingdom, as the wind speed gradually activates and is accompanied by strong gusts sometimes that stir dust and dust in the desert regions of the east and south of the Kingdom.

It is feared that torrential rains and the flow of valleys and reefs will form, in addition to the rise in water levels in some northern and central regions.

And the depression moves away from the Kingdom on Thursday evening, and the weather will be cold in various regions, and the chances of rain will greatly weaken in the evening and recede from most regions as we enter the night hours.
