Arab Weather - Weather experts at the Arab Weather Regional Center said that the latest outputs of numerical computer modeling indicate that the Kingdom will be increasingly affected by an air mass with colder-than-usual temperatures, resulting in an early cold wave starting Tuesday evening, accompanied by a noticeable drop in temperatures, especially during the night and early morning hours, with the need to wear warm clothes, especially for school students.

Temperatures will slightly drop on Tuesday, becoming 2-4 degrees Celsius below their average for this time of year. The weather will be autumnal, sunny and cool, and the drop in temperature will increase during the evening and night hours and become noticeable as the weather turns cold in all areas. Winds will be easterly, moderate in speed, active and accompanied by strong gusts at times, especially on the slopes of the mountainous heights and the areas of the Ghor and Ghor, which in turn will increase the feeling of cold significantly.

Meteorologists at the Arab Weather Regional Center indicated that the latest data from advanced computer simulations show that the Kingdom will be increasingly affected by the first cold wave of the season on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and thus temperatures will drop further to be 3-5 degrees Celsius cooler than usual. The weather will be sunny and autumnal, tending to be cold in general.

The capital Amman is expected to record its lowest maximum temperature since last spring, reaching only 19 degrees Celsius at the height of the day, while the sensible temperature, i.e. what the human body feels, will be around 16 degrees Celsius, which means a noticeable feeling of coldness, especially in the shade, due to the activity of the eastern winds.

The nights will get colder in the second half of the week and the weather will not be suitable for outdoor sessions.

Minimum temperatures will also drop further to range between 8-10 degrees Celsius over the high mountain peaks, including the capital Amman and the eastern plains areas. Therefore, "Arab Weather" advises wearing warmer clothes that suit the cold weather, especially in the dawn and early morning hours, especially in the high mountainous heights and eastern plains, with the need to focus on children's and elderly clothing.
