Arab Weather - The latest output of the numerical weather models processed by the Air Operations Department at the Arab Weather Center indicates that the Kingdom is affected by a cold air mass coming from the eastern Mediterranean, as of Friday, so there is a noticeable decrease in temperatures to become less than their rates for this time of The year is on Friday, and the weather will be cold and humid over most of the Kingdom’s regions, with the appearance of clouds at medium and high altitudes, and fog forms at intervals over the high mountainous heights as a result of the crossing of low clouds touching the surface of the earth.

Cold weather continues on Saturday and temperatures remain below average

On Saturday, temperatures remain below their averages for this time of the year, so the weather is cold and humid over most regions of the Kingdom, with clouds appearing at medium and low altitudes, especially in the northern and central regions.

Gradually showers from Friday

As a result of the humid western air currents blowing towards the Kingdom, it is expected that clouds will spread at medium and low altitudes as of Friday, and over time, sporadic showers of rain will fall gradually over the north and center of the Kingdom, sometimes extending to some southern regions.

The flow of humid air currents will continue on Saturday so that clouds remain in the sky of the Kingdom, and the opportunity remains prepared for it to rain showers in some areas, especially the northern ones, until the hours of the afternoon and evening Saturday, God willing.

A clear drop in night temperatures and very cold weather

God willing, as a result of the deepening of the cold air mass towards the Kingdom, it is expected that there will be a clear decrease in night temperatures compared to the previous nights, starting from Friday / Saturday night, and the weather will increase with the night hours of Saturday / Sunday. It becomes very cold during the late night hours over the high mountainous heights and the eastern plains, and there is a possibility of frost formation with the Saturday/Sunday night hours as a result of the significant drop in temperatures over those areas.

Blowing and active westerly winds at the end of the week

It is expected, God willing, that the Kingdom will blow on Friday and Saturday. Westerly to southwest winds will be moderate in speed, active at times, especially over open areas, and they will be accompanied by strong gifts on Saturday in some areas, and they work to raise dust and dust and significantly increase the feeling of cold.
