In response to many questions received from Arabia Weather about the extent of the Kingdom’s likelihood of being exposed to rainfall during the period of the impact of the Khamasini depression, the forecasting team explained that the air mass accompanying the depression is characterized by being generally hot and dry, and does not support any rainfall.

Therefore, the prominent features of the Khamaseen depression affecting the Kingdom are limited to a significant increase in temperatures, in addition to an increase in the concentration of dust in the atmosphere.

• Active winds with strong gusts in the areas of Al-Shifa Ghuriya and the Dead Sea

• Do not leave any flammable materials inside vehicles for long periods
