Arab Weather - The National Center for Early Warning of Multiple Hazards in the Sultanate of Oman reported that satellite images began to monitor an area of low atmospheric pressure, centered to the east of the Arabian Sea, as satellite images show large amounts of thunderstorm clouds in that area.
The latest weather forecasts and computer modelling indicate that the low pressure area will gradually move eastwards, with initial expectations of its development into a tropical depression, without any direct or indirect effects on the Sultanate during Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
