من جانبه أكّد الدكتور أحمد عبدالعال، رئيس الهيئة العامة للأرصاد الجوية المصرية، أن كمية الأمطار التي تساقطت على الإسكندرية خلال الأسبوعين الماضيين بغلت 10 أضعاف الكمية التي تساقطت خلال العام الماضي.

 

وأشار "عبدالعال"، خلال حواره ببرنامج "صباح البلد" المذاع عبر فضائية "صدى البلد" الإثنين، أن كمية الأمطار المتساقطة في النوة الأولى التي تعرضت لها محافظة الإسكندرية، تساوي 6 أضعاف كمية الأمطار المتساقطة في نوة العام الماضي، وكمية الأمطار المتساقطة خلال النوة الثانية التي تعرضت لها المحافظة بلغت 10 أضعاف كمية الأمطار التي تساقطت العام الماضي.
