Rain contributes to a decrease in the number of swine flu cases

Arab weather - precipitation during the season of the spread of all kinds of influenza viruses, especially in the autumn and winter, contributes to their decline.

With the spread of swine flu infections during the past few days, Dr. Adnan Ishaq, Assistant Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health for Primary Health Care Affairs, explained in press statements that the recent low air rains that affected the Kingdom will contribute to the decline of the H1N1 influenza virus and other diseases.

And that the rain works to purify the atmosphere, along with the importance of adopting preventive methods to protect against the flu.

The Ministry of Health recorded 341 cases of the virus until last Tuesday morning, of which nine people died as a result of their chronic diseases, including cancer, chest diseases or high-risk diseases, and patients with weakened immunity.
