The company called on citizens to rationalize electrical energy consumption to avoid high loads, and to increase the value of the electricity bill by using less expensive cooling methods and energy-saving devices.

It also called for the correct use of air conditioners, and adherence to the instructions recommended by the manufacturers of air-conditioning devices to set the air conditioner thermostat at a degree from 23 to 25, and to make sure that the lights and unused electrical appliances are turned off and in unoccupied places and to close doors, windows and curtains to raise the efficiency of air-conditioning equipment.

The company said that it worked around the clock during the heat wave in the Kingdom to address the outages caused by the increase in electrical loads, and due to the illegal drawing of electricity, and the performance of the electrical network was effective.

She added that the illegal importation of electricity increases the loads on the nutrients and causes electrical outages, confirming that its cadres deal with these cases in conjunction with the law enforcement officers who are employees of the Energy and Minerals Sector Regulatory Authority, and prosecute the perpetrators because these cases represent a threat to public safety and damage to the national economy. .

The company indicated that it has raised its readiness to deal with the repercussions of the heat wave that the Kingdom is currently witnessing, and that the necessary measures are taken to ensure that citizens are provided with their electrical energy needs and quickly respond to any complaints or communications received by implementing a regular emergency plan to deal with the heat wave through its cadres that work with high efficiency. the level.

It indicated that the average repair for electrical faults was approximately 63 minutes, which is a quick response to deal with electrical faults.
