She added that the illegal importation of electricity increases the loads on the nutrients and causes electrical outages, confirming that its cadres deal with these cases in conjunction with the law enforcement officers who are employees of the Energy and Minerals Sector Regulatory Authority, and prosecute the perpetrators because these cases represent a threat to public safety and damage to the national economy. .
The company indicated that it has raised its readiness to deal with the repercussions of the heat wave that the Kingdom is currently witnessing, and that the necessary measures are taken to ensure that citizens are provided with their electrical energy needs and quickly respond to any complaints or communications received by implementing a regular emergency plan to deal with the heat wave through its cadres that work with high efficiency. the level.
It indicated that the average repair for electrical faults was approximately 63 minutes, which is a quick response to deal with electrical faults.
