موقع ArabiaWeather.com – غطَّت الثلوج مدينة سانت كاترين بمحافظة جنوب سيناء، بشكل كامل، حيث بدأ تساقط الثلوج منذ يوم الثلاثاء واستمر لمساء الأربعاء. وواصلت درجات الحرارة بالمدينة انخفاضها حتى وصلت إلى 5 درجات تحت الصفر.

 

وتداول عدد من نشطاء الفيسبوك صوراً تظهر مدى انخفاض درجات الحرارة في سانت كاترين حيث غطت الثلوج الأرض. وعبر سكان المدينة عن فرحتهم بالزائر الأبيض.

 

ويطلق أهالي سانت كاترين على أيام الصقيع والثلج موسم "الرصوصة"، ويعتمدون فى الغذاء على الحبوب مثل الفول السوداني واللوز والمشروبات الساخنة.
