Arab Weather - The latest weather maps resulting from what is called computer simulation at the Arab Weather Center indicate expectations that thunderstorms will renew on a large scale from the southwest and west of Saudi Arabia on Monday, as a result of the continued flow of tropical moisture into the Kingdom’s atmosphere, accompanying the advance of the imaginary tropical break south of the Arabian Peninsula.
Experts at the Arab Weather Center said that it is expected that the opportunity will be available in the afternoon hours of Monday for cumulus clouds to multiply over several parts of the highlands and Tihama of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and Madinah Al-Munawwarah, accompanied by rainfall of varying intensity accompanied by thunderstorms and hail, which leads to heavy flow of valleys and ravines.
It is also expected that as a result of the continued activity of the eastern winds in the upper and middle layers of the atmosphere, the cumulus clouds that multiply over the mountains will rush westward to reach some coastal areas of the Jazan and Asir regions and perhaps the southern coast of Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
God willing, temperatures are expected to remain below their usual rates in several regions of the Kingdom, especially the northern regions, with the weather remaining hot in most regions, while it will be moderate in the Sarawat Mountains, and the winds will be moderate in speed in general.
And God knows best.
