Weather of Arabia - A video clip documented a number of citizens rescuing a young man after he was detained by torrents in Wadi al-Qarn in Al-Darb Governorate, north of Jazan. The video showed the young man sitting inside his car after it got stuck in the middle of the torrents, while citizens approached him and helped him get out of the torrent.

The young man was parked on the road without risking crossing the torrents, but when he tried to turn around, his car got stuck in one of the holes formed by the torrent and was almost swept away by the water. A group of passers-by quickly rescued him and took him out of the vehicle, according to media reports

It is worth noting that the region witnessed heavy rains that included large parts of its south, north and east during yesterday, Friday.
